A US court has said that an immigration rule to enable foreign entrepreneurs can’t be delayed. A district court judge on Friday was referring to an Obama-era immigration rule that would help foreign entrepreneurs temporarily stay in the US to nurture and grow their startups. The International Entrepreneur Rule commonly known as ‘startup visa’ will allow foreign entrepreneurs to stay in the US for two and a half years with the possibility of an extension.
