Cabinet reshuffle: PM Modi to recast team with 9 new faces
The new inductions include four former civil servants and seem to reflect a mix of caste equations. There are three Brahmins, two Rajputs, one Dalit, one Jat, one Christian and one Sikh. Urban households in UP to now get additional Rs 12,000 each to construct toilets
