The protesters are blaming the ‘capitalist policies’ of the G20 nations for war, climate change and exploitation around the world. Fugitive liquor baron Vijay Mallya’s extradition trial in UK will begin December 4. The Union ministry of consumer affairs has decided to ban the ‘dual’ MRP policy. The policy allowed sellers charge a higher MRP in spaces like malls, airports and hotels. The order comes into force from January 1, 2018.
