A CBI court issued non-bailable warrants against Nirav Modi and Mehul Choksi in cases related to the PNB scam. The special court allowed the CBI’s application for the issuance of non-bailable warrants (NBW) against Nirav Modi and his uncle Mehul Choksi after the two turned down summons to join the investigation in the scam. The Chinese military last month strongly protested against the Indian Army’s ‘transgressions’ in Arunachal Pradesh. The Chinese side raised the issue at a ‘Border Personnel Meeting’ (BPM) on March 15 in Arunachal Pradesh but the Indian Army rejected it, saying that the area in the upper Subansiri region of Arunachal Pradesh belongs to India and it has regularly been carrying out patrols there.
