| The govt has withdrawn its decision to raise LPG prices by Rs 4 per cylinder every month. The move was seen contrary to its Ujjwala scheme of providing free cooking gas connections to the poor. | The government does not want Air India to go the Kingfisher way, civil aviation minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju said. Confirming that the disinvestment process of the national carrier has been initiated, Raju said the government does not want any Air India employee to lose job. He said a ministerial committee headed by Arun Jaitley is looking into the disinvestment of Air India and everyone is welcome to give suggestions. |
