| The Supreme Court said it will reconsider its 2013 decision criminalising gay sexual relations. The court also sought the Centre’s response to a writ petition filed by five LGBTQ community members, who said they live in fear of police because of their natural sexual orientation and preferences. In December 2013, the SC had set aside the Delhi High Court’s 2009 verdict decriminalising homosexuality. |
