The objective of the Portal is to enhance transparency in Labour Inspection and monitoring Labour Inspection based on key performances indices along with providing an effective Grievances Redressal System hyperlinked with Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) Portal. The initiative welcomed by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
